Just like you, my time is valuable. Because I respect your reserved time-slot and will be ready and available at your booked time, I do expect the same respectful consideration from you. Now, I do understand miscommunications can sometimes happen; thus, I make every effort to connect and be clear with you.

Cancellations are accepted (without a fee) 24-hours in advance of your schedule appointment time — no exceptions. Your pre-payment will be held as a house credit and will be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Please contact me via phone or email and we’ll figure out the best day and time for the reschedule.

No shows: In all fairness to me — clients who have not contacted me within the 24-hour window and miss their scheduled appointment will incur a $35 courtesy fee for my time. I will issue a credit, less the $35.00 fee, via your method of payment. Future appointments must be paid in advance.

There are absolutely no refunds if you neglect to let me know 24-hours or more in advance that you need to reschedule or if you are a no-show for your scheduled appointment for any reason. You are making a commitment for my services on a specific day and time-slot, just the same as when you have scheduled an appointment with any professional provider.

I highly respect your time; thus, I anticipate clients will do the same for me.
